Kinesiology Education for Yoga Teachers

Kinesiology is the study of movement. It provides study regarding all the physiological mechanisms in the body. The study of kinetics is important in educational disciplines including rehabilitation therapy, sports medicine, exercise, biomechanics, and orthopedics.
