Downtown Jensen Beach is found in Martin County between Stuart & Port St. Lucie. Jensen Beach is a quaint beach town which has a charming history, as well as in the past was noted for it's pineapple plantations. Downtown Jensen Beach includes a wide collection of great restaurants where perhaps the pickiest eater will get something; from fine dining at 11 Maple St to fish tacos & live music on the Kona Beach Cafe to Cajun style food at Crawdaddy's. If you want an enjoyable time and a number of pints, why not remain in in the Irish Pub Maddi Mcgee's. Need to have a place to stay the night in Jensen try The Tilton Inn, a bed and breakfast, located right on Indian River Dr, with great views of Indian River lagoon, and yes it features a delicious breakfast, and you will easily walk to downtown Jensen from there. If you are just looking to get a great breakfast - check out Jan's Place or Mary's tiki cafe have a cult following, and also serve lunch.
Visit Indian Riverside Park or US Sailing Club in Sewall's Point for many afternoon fun in the sunshine, the park is dog friendly boasting fun splash-n- play fountains to deal with. Grownups may bring their fishing tackle and fish off of the pier located there, make sure to pay attention to weekend festivities - often there is something planned. Stroller Strides, an exercise group for moms with children is found there inside the mornings (M-F). If you're looking for some indoor entertainment the Treasure Coast Mall is located quickly of US1 and contains your entire shopping needs covered, plus a movie theatre in order to catch the latest blockbuster film from a day's shopping. In Rio located just south of Jensen may be the Fish Bowl which covers your entire bowling needs and is right close to Langford Park, and there is a skateboarding park for young daredevils.
